Orders placed before 1 PM CET on working days are usually shipped the same day. Exceptions may occur when promotional campaigns are running.

*We do not ship to Russia.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM CET are generally dispatched the same business day. During promotional periods and other high-demand events, processing may take a little longer.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. You can select your preferred delivery method at checkout.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please enter your name exactly as it appears on your identification document. If the details don’t match, you may experience difficulties when collecting your parcel.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nirinails.com.
All orders are sent from our warehouse in Sweden.
Orders within the EU
No customs duties apply to deliveries within the EU.
United Kingdom, Norway, and the USA
For customers in the UK, Norway, and the USA, no additional charges will apply.
We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning that Niri covers all risks, customs duties, and import clearance until your order is delivered.
The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay – no hidden fees or additional taxes.
International Orders (outside the EU, UK, Norway, and the USA)
Please note that if you are ordering from a country outside the above-mentioned regions, you may be required to pay customs duties, VAT, and handling fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities, and Niri has no control over them.
By placing an order with Niri, you agree to these terms.
If your package is not picked up in time from the pickup point or accepts the home delivery, we have a return and handling cost of 30€/30$/30BGP/300SEK/195DKK/300NOK. This is the amount that the shipping company will charge us for packages that are not claimed.
If you choose home delivery, it's the receiver's responsibility to be home during the delivery, or contact the shipping company to book a delivery time. We do not take responsibility for failed delivery attempts or if the shipping company cannot get a hold of you.
Your shipping company should provide you with the collection time.
